Environmental Graphics is defined as the systems of graphic communication of information in the built environment. This can include signage and wayfinding, but it really an experience design, supporting brand, establishing narrative, providing instruction for a user. My work involved the implementation of brand guidelines into site-specific wayfinding, signage and overall experiential design.
Samples include the player arches, designed not only for the experience of the players, the audience in the stadium and the cameras for the rest of the world. I also worked on the Accreditation Centre, which provided a complete experience for the sponsors and VIP guests. We also worked on wayfinding both the stadium and city scales and placement of the brand into hotels, conference rooms and other sites around the city. Selected samples include print files, Photoshop mockups and final photographs.
